5 1/2 years ago this was the Neal Shipley who finished second at the WPIAL championship at Oakmont Country Club.

Now, get this: Today, this was the Neal Shipley who played in the Masters with Tiger Woods. And actually had a better score than Tiger.

Zach Edey will be gone from Purdue to NBA. His good friend, former Butler star Ethan Morton, will also be gone. Is now in the transfer portal.

Ethan has one year eligibility left. Says he will talk more in the future. Wish luck to one of WPIAL's best in past couple decades.

Rob Neiderberger, who led Shaler boys basketball to one of the best seasons in school history this year, has resigned as coach.

700th win for Dan the Man. He's 80 years old, going on 60. Amazing guy.

Yes, it's early, but how about Plum's Alex Kirilloff? One of WPIAL's best players in past 30 years, is 3rd in American League in batting average at .385 & leads all of major-league baseball in triples with three.

Nice to see for guy who has battled through injuries.

With their stats, their championships and high ratings, Lincoln Park's Brandin Cummings and Meleek Thomas undoubtedly a WPIAL tandem for the ages.
