Today, she reached out to 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐚 Fraud Unit for help. They confirmed: this same account has had several complaints. It’s a genuine account. The M-Pesa Paybill is genuine.
Tell me, why should victims be the ones chasing justice? Why should ordinary Kenyans have to follow up when the brands 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐚𝐧𝐤 𝐊𝐞𝐧𝐲𝐚 Safaricom PLC who promise “secure banking” and “safe transactions” could partner with police to catch repeat fraudsters?
