Samantha Ringhand did awesome at the OATCCC D2/3 Indoor State Meet today. She was seeded 16th and finished 11th. She PR’ed @ 10’6”. Doug Foote @DougSmiddy Lindsey Ringhand

Stellar day at the NR Pole Vault Pad! Samantha Ringhand (so) takes 1st at 10’9” (new school record) and PR. Grant Harrison (fr) takes 2nd with a 3 PR day finishing at 11’6”. Mia Krites (fr) solid at 6’6”. Very proud of them! Doug Foote

Yet another huge day for NR pole vault. Ringhand broke the school record twice and the meet record finishing at 11. Harrison matched his PR at 11’6. Hess clears 9’ on only 4 hours of practice this year. Krites sets her new PR at 7’. 💪🏻Doug Foote

NR PV post season. Great job by Grant Harrison (fr) clearing 12’ (pr) at the D1 Districts in Mason. Missed Regionals by 8 inches placing 6th out of 25 jumpers. He’s ranked the #1 FR vaulter in our district, #2 FR in our region, #3 FR in the state in D1. Doug Foote NRHS Track & Field
