We would to like thank the pupils from a few of our feeder schools who came to watch our dress rehearsal of Sister Act Jr yesterday. Our first official performance is tonight and wish want to wish all our cast the best of luck and BREAK A LEG!! ✨🎭

Eva L in Year 9 will be performing at Barnsley Live 2025 on Saturday 21st June!  We as a school are very proud of her, well done Eva!! 🎸🎸

It’s an exciting week in the music department as we will be hosting our annual KHS Young Musician competition. This year we will take 1 person from each category to the final on Friday. Good luck to all competitors!

Our Kettlethorpe High School choir are at Wakefield Cathedral for the Big Sing event, break a leg all!

Pupils on our music tour have crossed the channel and are heading to Germany! We are looking forward to seeing more updates over the week!

First concert on music tour done! They are about to have lunch and then they have another one today. All pupils happy and slept well! 😀

The music tour wrapped up with a bang last night as their final concert brought the house down! The crowd was massive and the energy electric. To celebrate, the group capped off the night with a fun round of bowling.

We’ve had a fantastic time at the GCSE music set works concert. Unfortunately we are delayed coming back as the traffic in Manchester is bad. We expect to arrive at KHS at about 5:15pm
