Yesterday, Kathryn Murrell and I spent the evening at Alexandra Palace .. celebrating 20 Years of The Thick of It. Utterly brilliant evening.

Returning to my “Home from Home” in London, the Foundation for International Education (FiE) to talk with a fantastic group of exchange students about the World of Broadcasting. Soon they return to Charleston in SC, and Wisconsin Uni but for now .. BBC history awaits

Amazing evening with a person who I have viewed (For decades) as a powerhouse. What surprised me were the tales of people around Trevor telling him he wasn’t good enough ! He proved them wrong.. and I will ensure my Uni Students are given a message of help not hate

Spent a wonderful morning with Students PlumeAcademy - another in the series of Futures For All talks (Formerly Speakers for Schools). Career, Apprenticeships and "A day in the life of .." video clips. All wrapped up in an explosive discussion about content making safety.

This is an amazing scheme, and for those lucky enough to be selected, it leads to fabulous career options
