The Browns led the NFL in pre snap penalties in back to back years (54 last year, 61 this year). As in, their opponents were not a factor. A category of stupid that is self inflicting yet in your control to fix. They led the NFL in this stat, and said “meh”. Then got worse.

If only there was a win loss column we could use to investigate this in reality. Perhaps, points? Yards? I can assure you, the guy who signs the checks is not in charge of developing players, finding talent or calling plays. No coach on earth is held to this lack of standards.
