DA Hestrin presents Life Saving Awards to 5 first responders from Murrieta Fire & Rescue & AMR for their actions that saved the life of a 5-year-old boy found abused & unconscious in a Murrieta home last year. Because of their more than 20 min of life-saving work, the boy is now thriving.

I recall when Murrieta finally got its own library after years of dreams and hard work from adult “library kids.” So glad to see another generation.

There is NO tsunami danger to California coastal areas at this time. We are continuing to monitor.
