Peer Support is starting up again tomorrow, Monday January 16th! Feel free to drop by during any of our hours listed above. We’re here to help💙 If you have any questions feel free to ask us in person or message us. We are located in room UC-6017

We know this is a very challenging time for students so there is Free 24/7 access to virtual mental health support by downloading the ‘My SSP’ app or by calling 1-844-451-9700. We are in solidarity with MUNFA and those who choose not to cross the picket line.

In recognition of Eating Disorder Awareness Week we wanted to share a few facts about eating disorders to spread awareness. You are not alone, do not be afraid to reach out for help. 💙
