Hello Southern I’ve just had an email from Greater Anglia saying the 1410 ECR - EBN on April 5th isn’t running … when will this be confirmed by you please? I will have to pay an extra £18.50 to change my LWT - LST portion of the journey to get an earlier service to EBN.

You need to sort out your platform staff at Victoria Southern - passengers aren’t being given the chance to disembark from trains - a rugby scrum is the best example, couldn’t get off because outbound passengers were swarming onto the train the minute it pulled in …
