Yet again, Avanti West Coast show their incompetence by not having the basics right. No driver for the 0835 Man - Lon, so my morning with family is delayed and lunchtime reservations potentially missed. Over £100 for the ticket. Even Dick Turpin wore a mask.

These past 24hrs with my mum have been wonderful. We saw the incredible Imelda Staunton in HELLO, DOLLY!, bought far too much in Fortnum & Mason and strolled around London, lounging in St James's Park and watching the world go by. Thank you God for these precious moments. #family
