We read one of my favorite books yesterday and then talked about the importance of appreciating our own names! Then we decorated name plates. :) I hope my kids are always proud of their names and remember that they are unique!

In the two weeks I’ve been out of work, Rutherford county schools is going to have to give 11 million to charter schools out of our fund balance “savings.” This money should be used to purchase land and support our students. I hope people will start paying attention.
