Loved working with the new teachers for VBSchools yesterday to talk all about learning environment within their classrooms - such good discussions were had & ideas shared to start their year strong (and yes a car selfie cause I forgot in the classroom - still summer brain 🤣)

Today was so fun - the students 'took a quiz' on me to see what they think! Everyone was so competitive & we had such good laughs when they found out the random facts. Fun way to get to know the students better & build rapport Bayside MS-VBCPS

One of my favorite activities at the beginning of coding class - YapleBot wants to go home! Students have to 'code' to get me to the door. Brings up great discussions about being specific with their lines. Quickly learn that robots are only as smart as their coders 🤖

Can't wait to use the Adobe Express add-ons! Watching tonight got me so excited & so many ideas for incorporating these into all different classes - but especially the equation one for my math heart 💜🧮 #AdobeEduCreative

TRASH DAY - and so begins my favorite day (extended to a week because it doesn't sound as good saying trash week according to the masterminds)! Students are so excited, never saw Chromebooks shut so fast & put out of the way! Can't wait to see what they build this year 🤖

Started the new year off in REECH by making goals & 'kicking' them off right! Such a fun activity to goal set and build on it Bayside MS-VBCPS

Started the year talking goals & habits, not resolutions. Students used a graphic organizer to figure out what they want to leave behind & bring forward into 2025, then used Adobe Express to create videos showcasing it. Great way to start the year! Adobe For Education
