The right to free speech is at the foundation of our nation, and we must do all we can to protect this God-given right for Floridians. I was proud to stand against HB 1 on the floor of the House and will continue to fight any efforts that look to take that away from Floridians.

People of every race suffer from a shortage of doctors in the US. The current crisis could’ve been avoided or at least significantly mitigated if historically Black medical schools that trained doctors had remained open. Racism hurts everyone, including those who practice it.
