Due to widespread power outages in the city and beyond, the City of Ann Arbor has opened an additional warming center. Lord of  Light Lutheran Church (located at 801 S. Forest Ave.), will be open from 7 p.m. tonight until 8 a.m. tomorrow, February 24.  #a2council
