Everyone has the right to come home from work at the end of the day. Not everybody does. Today, the #DayOfMourning for workers who were killed or injured on the job, is a day when we are asked to remember that not everybody has a safe job. He didn’t. #misshimeveryday

I debated posting this here but here goes. On March 17, my husband went into cardiac arrest. He survived thanks to the quick thinking of bystanders who had cpr training and the first responders who arrived quickly and performed cpr, used the AED and saved his life.
