Every teacher has those moments when they're so glad to be doing the job. I had those moments today in Heygreen Primary, especially in year 2, 2 boys worked as a team, composed and performed their body percussion to the pulse. Then, in year 1, blown away by the angelic soloist!

It was great to hear pupils from year 1 to year 6 using musical vocabulary when listening to and appraising music in Townfield Primary School. 1/2 Rainbow Education MAT

Year 5&6 at Townfield Primary studied Bernsteins "Danzon" in preparation for their visit to the Schools Concert at the Phil. We have a King of the Claves mastering a Cuban rhythm! Rainbow Education MAT Royal Liverpool Philharmonic

Once a man fell in a well. Splish, splash, splosh he sounded. If he had not fallen in. He would not have drownded! Macabre but a matter of fact… and we enjoy singing it! I can not find any history on the song though #silasmusic #onceamanfellinawell Ms MimnaghREMAT

I'm feeling even more enthused and positive after attending the Music Teacher Conference. It reaffirmed that this is a job I love. Thanks for continuing to inspire Music Teachers Association James Manwaring Don Gillthorpe

It's been inspirational to me, singing Madina tun Nabi with the Y5's across the Trust, especially at St Silas CE Primary School . The roles were reversed. I'm so impressed with the maturity and respect pupils have shown as they taught me more about nasheeds and their faith. Rainbow Education MAT
