Our 'Junior Fishing Match' was again, another very close & extremely exciting match. All participants caught fish; lots of silvers today. Our previous two-times, match-winner, lost a good carp at the net with 5 minutes to go, which would have made it a hat-trick of wins for him.

Our weekly 'Fishing Therapy' sessions are very popular, thoroughly enjoyable, and provide opportunity for all participants to improve their mental, physical and social, health and well-being. Out in a tranquil greenspace, relaxing, having fun, recharging, laughing and joking.😊🎣

We've had a little project going on over the previous few weeks. Since cutting down a conifer that was swaying dangerously in the gusty winds sometime ago, we've wanted to turn a lonely stump into life! A friend of our #FeelGoodFriday🎣 adult group was more than up for the task.

I'm sure you will agree, he has done a fantastic job of carving a 'carp' out of the remaining trunk of the conifer. It looks absolutely brilliant besides our 'Educational Lakeside Cabin.' 'Carving Sessions' for children/adults/groups are being planned - watch this space...🎣😊👍
