Thank you to Ian Douglas and the SLT from ChilternAcademy for inviting me to talk about #ITT opportunities with Chiltern Training Group (CTG) this afternoon. My first official appointment as Director of ITT!

Started my week with a visit to Vandyke Upper School to discuss the new apprenticeship route available with Chiltern Training Group (CTG) - lots of exciting plans ahead with our new #ITAP and mentor training programmes!
