The judge said that having escaped the lion’s den Mr Lehrmann made the mistake of going back for his hat. In other words he should have embraced the fact his trial was aborted because of the misconduct of a juror and put it all behind him. Now he’s ruined.

#JusticeLee should be admired for his tenacity & commitment to evidence-based & trauma-informed decision making. Torts law will be altered by his decisions today & as a victim/sister/daughter/friend I salute him!
