So proud to have Dr. Kathy Escamilla, Sandra Mercuri , and Vivian Pratts, Ed.D. present at the Biliteracy Para Todos Winter Institute in Dallas. Over 140 educators from 25 districts are here and ready to learn and support our Emergent Bilingual Students!!!
