We co-authored this article calling for better access to long-acting antiretroviral meds for #HIV treatment & prevention. Current drugs are under the firm control of pharma corporations & unavailable or cost-prohibitive for people in much of the world.

Sign this petition calling on Gilead Sciences to make the #HIV drug #lenacapavir accessible for people in low- & middle-income countries. Right now it's sold in high-income countries for treatment at $42,000/yr! But generics could be made for just $40. ✍️ secure.avaaz.org/campaign/en/en…

Why does Danaher Corporation refuse to release the GeneXpert audit they promised to make public? Is it because tests cost less than they claim? Is it because they're just dilly-dallying while 100,000 people die of TB every MONTH? Regardless, it's unacceptable. msfaccess.org/hidden-costs-g…

BIG news from India: People with drug-resistant TB can now access BPaLM i.e. more efficacious, much shorter, all-oral and has less side effects. It will also ensure better adherence and ambulatory treatment for many. Congrats to everyone who finally made this happen!
