Dear School Districts If you are forcing your teachers/staff to give up their prep periods to cover for a teaching vacancy due to lack of substitutes — you will soon have another teaching vacancy that you will need coverage for. From a teacher who is broken down:

I’m so happy I left that toxic school. Since I started at my new school I have actually been excited to go in, I leave on time and don’t take any extra work home because there is no extra work! I’m so thankful for everyone who made this move possible and supported me.
