Wool art with a peer group today. Our anxieties are often about things from our past or worries about future. Aim today was to be present. Some arrived with low moods and seemed disengaged. As they created they became engaged, focused and connected with the process and others.

Another relaxing therapeutic art session today, ‘Letting Go’ of the emotional baggage we carry. Today’s session was inspired by the work of artist Erica Pang. Thanks to Argyll&Bute TSI Community Fund for funding the various therapeutic art sessions we are currently offering.
