LMAO, waitse ma-Amerika ga ba bee Tyla sebete; so ba rekile kgang ya gore o kopetse Ayra Star kapari? 💀. But I blame those South Africans who insinuated this first on Ayra's post, knowing damn well their nemesis were going to feed off it. Anything anti-Tyla they ride at dawn🤦‍♀️

A generation of innocent women was wiped out by HIV because they stayed loyal to unfaithful men due to lack of financial stability. Some lost their lives to DV. Women and men will always need each other, it just shouldn’t cost one their health and sanity.

It’s shameful, though not surprising. Many men on this here TL were justify dating 18-year-olds because “they’re legal”. When legality is your only compass, it's a short walk to doing even worse. It’s a mindset problem. Straight-line thinking misses the correlation.

In my layman understanding; the VP was saying there is a bigger looming macroeconomic crisis that we had to deal with and it will come with short-term undesirable microeconomics impacts. Bear with us 😬 Economists - Over to you 😬

The PULA is over- valued by 5- 10% The pula was being supported by foreign currency reserves, which remained high when diamonds were selling. The pula has been adjusted to reflect its value in relation to declining foreign currency reserves. End.

What a lot of armchair economists don’t know is that it costs actual money to maintain a peg. It becomes more expensive if the currency is overvalued as the pula is now. Botswana spent $1.1bn over the past 12 months to keep the pula at the level it’s been.
