For teachers beginning online school, plan with this in mind

More and more I think we should be putting it all on hold every two weeks for a PD / planning / catch-up day.

Being able to watch your mouth move while they listen also really helps English Learners understand what you're saying. We do more lip reading than we realise, especially in a second language
