I’m wanting to set up a new PE display for our school with different elements to it. So far I’m thinking photos of lessons and a “hobbies and clubs” section. Does anyone have any ideas of how I could make our PE display more interactive?🙌🏻

Had an Inset Day today. It took me 2 hours and 40 minutes to completely rip everything out of the PE cupboard and re-organise it. I love how organised and neat it is now but I know it’ll be a mess again by the end of Monday😩😂

Yesterday we opened our doors to the parents from Year 4 and 5 to enjoy our Christmas Carol Concert!🎄🎄🎄

Had our school Christmas Fair this evening and the PE team ran a penalty shootout where the kids took penalties and tried to score past me. Of course I saved more than they scored. Even had a flying save to the top left corner and tipped it round the post👀🧤

First day back today and I am seriously enjoying being back in a routine. Makes you much more productive!🙌🏻👌🏻

So BBC Scotland News school being closed due to the snow is 'fun' & it's lovely to see them sledging. Teachers strike & the life chances of children are disadvantaged & they're missing out! 🙄

Super proud of my Year 3’s and Year 4’s winning our Trusts Sports Hall Athletics Competition today!🏆 They supported each other, showed fantastic sportsmanship and gave every event 100%!🙌🏻

First day of Spring 2 today. Energy levels restored, happy with the lessons I taught and a great after-school club to finish🙌🏻

Here’s part of my new PE Display at school! It’s focused around sport in our local community and features some local sports stars that the children nominated. The big overall question of “Who is your sporting hero?” is simple but creates good conversations about sport!🤩🏆

Delivering sport nurture sessions this afternoon. 2 of my Year 4’s chose football for their session and played against me in a 2 v 1 game. I lost 8-5, aggravated my Achilles injury even more and realised I’m very unfit.

Halfway through the week and I’ve already planned all my lessons for next week, set up the templates for the end of term assessments, sent out all of my OLQ’s for next week and have created a new Pupil Voice document. A very productive first half of the week!🙌🏻🤩

Last night, 49 of our pupils performed with the Spencer Academies Trust Choir at the alberthallnotts. Months of practising, led to each and every choir member singing their little hearts out. Thank you @nottsmusichub for offering our music loving students such an inspiring opportunity

A new football season has arrived and this time it’s our Glenbrook Girls Football Team ⚽️ Spencer Academies Trust This afternoon, they played their first few games of the season and they did us proud. Thank you to everyone who came to show the girls your support 💙 Roll on the next game!!
