When I declared I was going to cook a vegetarian meal for the in-laws the response was less than enthusiastic. However, once the broad bean & spring greens lasagne with pasta and tomatoes from nigel slater ‘s Greenfeast was dished up...a triumph! Here’s leftovers for my lunch!
