NEWS: Colorado State guard Kyan Evans has committed to North Carolina, he told League Ready. Evans is a 6-foot-2 guard who has played the last two seasons at Colorado State. The Kansas City, Missouri native started all 36 games this season for the Rams. He averaged 10.6PPG,
