Every month this year, I intend to give away a full class set of one book via A New Chapter - Children's Bookstore - I truly believe a full class set is one of the most valuable resources a teacher can have when teaching reading. No faff to enter, just retweet and consider yourself in. January.


It’s February, a new month, which means it’s time for me to give away a class set of novels via my book shop A New Chapter - Children's Bookstore. Last month a class got a full set of Malamander, which hopefully strengthened their reading offer. Simply RT for a chance to win.

🏆 Congratulations to Afctickton Comets who defeated FC Fulford U14 Girls 3-1 in the U14s County Cup Final at the Roy West Centre last night. Selected match highlights can be found over on the East Riding FA YouTube channel.

We're thrilled to be working with Hull Libraries to present 'Brighton Rock', 5th July (7pm). Our guide for the evening will be the Queen of Noir, Cathi Unsworth. She'll be in conversation with Nick Triplow before we show the film. Tickets £5 (link in the comments).
