Mentally tough people aren’t more talented. Just more consistent. Even those with the most mental toughness aren’t immune to adversity. Everybody experiences adversity, but they learn to embrace criticism & be flexible, adaptable. Train your mind to work for you, not against you!

I sometimes hear players say “we should’ve won”. When it comes to winning & losing, should have, would have & could have doesn’t ever matter. Your opportunities will come & go in life. We can only hope we haven’t cheated the process so that we’re fully prepared for those moments!
