Ok, got a questions,meds have run out 🤪 SO if you are a verbal processor, and you take medication.....Does it suppress the verbal processing? In which case surely it increases symptoms......And what can you do about it? 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Great thread about body focused repetitive behaviours, which definitely seem to be an issue for many ADHDers, myself included. I’ve picked at my skin since I was a child, and have tried to stop many, many times he to the shame and embarrassment it causes.
