Really interested to know - what do your school leaders do to make you feel valued?

I go home and worry about other people’s children. How do you switch off? A child is struggling, how do you stop thinking about what needs to happen in order to best help them and their family?

Help - for those educators who have gone on to consultancy, how did you do it? I want to share my knowledge/experience but no idea where to even begin?! TIA 🙂

Has any one here applied for an AHT for Inclusion position without having been a sendco/completed the NASEND award. This is where I want to move to and have loads of experience teaching ch with SEND. Would love some advice?

Help please!! I’ve been shortlisted for an interview tomorrow to teach a Year 1 class for 45 minutes on punctuation and/or grammar. It’s been a while since I’ve taught year 1 so wondered if any of you lovely people had any wonderful ideas to share 🙂
