This student expressed that he really just needed to be alone today. He wanted his own bowling lane. We made it happen! This is the most active participation I have had out of him ALL YEAR‼️ 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I am so darn proud of him! 😊 He felt heard today! #PhysicalEducation #PEnotGym

Skee Ball with my 2nd graders. Working on underhand throwing, along with using our mental math to keep our score. If they make their 🦖 they get 🔟 bonus points! #physicaleducation #PE

Each year with Kinder I start w/ locomotor movements & pathways. I do a simple ✅or❎ skills check while they preform a few stations, incorporating each skill- jump, hop, gallop, and skip. This gives me a visual for students that need extra help mastering these concepts. #PE

2nd grade students are playing SKEE BALL while working on underhand tossing. I put a visual on the smart board so students can work on basic addition skills while keeping their score. Each hoop is worth a different amount of points. #PE #PhysEdu

At South Adams Schools 2nd & 3rd graders are playing soccer-noodle tag. Working on ball control while dribbling and trapping. If tagged students must take their ball to “jail.” To get out of “jail,” they must complete a fitness activity. #PhysicalEducation #PENotGym #Soccer

Kindergarten and 1st grade are playing skeleton relay in PE this week. 🩻🎃Students have to earn puzzle pieces to complete their skeleton and then as a group work to label each part correctly. #PhysicalEducation #halloween #PEnotGym
