Fact: you can only claim Motability if you claim the highest rate of PIP. Which is ridiculously hard to get. And the cars aren’t free - they’re leased. Anyone who claims you can easily get a car “just” for having adhd or mental illness is chatting shit.

If someone has been deemed disabled and they can’t work, changing descriptors and moving goal posts doesn’t make them any less disabled or more able to work. The government are so pompous, ignorant, ableist and lack any ounce of empathy. They aren’t fit for the job.

I’m so sick of the lies that keep being told about disabled people, PIP & UC. The propaganda against disabled people is sickening. People have the pitchforks out reading to kill disabled people based on lies (some just because their ignorant ableist’s). We don’t deserve this.

There is no need to cut a single penny in support for disabled people. Tax extreme wealth instead. This week in Parliament I presented my petition for Wealth Taxes, Not Disability Cuts backed by over 75,000 people. I'll keep fighting for this.

Sorry to say it but the main factor that makes these floating bus stops unsafe is cyclists. It always has been. If they followed the rules of the road and weren’t such a menace to pedestrian safety, having blind people share a space with them wouldn’t be so hazardous.

PIP needs to include housework/cleaning/gardening. I struggle so so much with all these things but nothing takes that into account.

Motability cars are NOT free. How do I know? I cannot afford the upfront costs for the vehicle I need and it would completely wipe out my PIP to get one, which I can't afford to live without. I don’t drive, so stop the lies. Motability cars are NOT free.

Huge issue with PIP… If you can (in theory) cook a meal, but can’t keep your kitchen clean to make a safe meal… 0 points. If you can (in theory) shower by yourself, but can’t keep your shower clean to actually clean yourself…0 points. Cleaning should be part of assessments.
