BGE team had a brilliant morning RDAGlasgow showing off their horse riding skills to family members! Wonderful to see them confidently riding independently (!) and impressing everyone there!

Huge thanks to RDAGlasgow for not only hosting us all today but for all the wonderful work you have done with our young people. It really is a magical experience they will never forget!

The BGE pupils were really developing their skills at RDAGlasgow today...meeting new horses, more independent riding and taking charge of the equipment afterwards. Confident individuals! Well done, gang! 🌟

RDAGlasgow put us through our paces today! 🤩 Pupils are working towards their Grade 2 level, so we were walking in formation, trotting and untacking...no mean feat! Great confidence and resilience shown by everyone today...what a team! 👏🌟

Happy Halloween from the BGE team! Plenty of spooky stories and terrifying tales to go along with our biscuit decorating and dooking for apples! Thankfully, the clean up afterwards wasn't too scary! 🎃

Some excellent work on Remembrance Day from the BGE class over the past week...these brilliant 'black out' poems came from studying 'In Flanders Field'. Really impressed by the pupils' knowledge of and respect for the topic...well done, everyone. 🌟

What a fantastic finale to our time with the wonderful people and horses at RDAGlasgow! Thanks to all the family members who came along today and helped us to celebrate the pupils all achieving their Grade 2 awards! Thanks to the amazing staff for their hard work and kindness!

Our new recruits RDAGlasgow are off to a flying start! Just a few weeks in and our new S1 group are already walking without help and trotting! 🐎Think guidance from the S2 group has given them confidence...as well as the patience and expertise of the wonderful RDA staff! 🤩

World Book Day didn't pass us by in the BGE class without a trip to the library and some literary inspired artwork! Thanks to our librarian Mr Wilson for a warm welcome and keeping us well-stocked in new titles...we might be setting up our own library at this rate! 😂📚

What a treat for the BGE S1s today...our first horse riding session in the outside arena! I think RDAGlasgow booked the sunshine especially for us! 😎 Brilliant work from the pupils today...that confidence is growing with every visit! 👏 Glad to have Mr Martin back with us!

Another great day for the Springburn Academy Cooking IDL group...a trip to the amazing catering school City of Glasgow College! We got to see professional kitchens, new equipment, unbelievable cake decorations and the impressive restaurant. Feeling suitably inspired for own recipes now! 👩‍🍳🍝
