Day 2 #COVID19 lockdown: Big sister (4) called little brother (1.5) “sleepyheart” after nap. ❤️❤️ Minutes later I had to ask her not to jump on his head. Can’t win ‘em all.

Day 3 #COVID19 lockdown: Went to the gym for the last time for the foreseeable future. Wasn’t gone 10 minutes when I got a text that little guy gave himself another bloody lip. No stitches needed. We are improving.

Day 4 #COVID19 lockdown Our WFH dresscode: Me: workout clothes or pajamas, who can tell anymore? 4yo: underpants only 1.5yo: diaper only (has to do everything big sister does) Hubs: showing off everyday by actually putting on outside world clothes Joshua Skaja

Day 5: Art class. This lasted 10 minutes.

Day 6: Both kids refused to nap. So not much work was accomplished today. Good news though, they went to bed really early. I still don’t plan to accomplish anything.

Day 7: Showed the 4yo Finding Nemo for the first time. She was scared at first, but I told her they were so brave and would be ok. Which is true for everyone except Nemo’s mom, whom she kept asking about at the end and cried hysterically over for 10 min.

Day 9: While reading the kids Goodnight Moon this am. 4yo: Mama, that’s you! The old lady! Me: Are you sure it’s not Grandma or Grammy? 4yo: No, definitely you.

Day 13: It just occurred to me that I can’t remember the last time I put on makeup. Nor do I have any idea where it even is right now.

Day 15: Just realized it’s Saturday!Gotta go change out of my work pajamas into my weekend pajamas.

We have watched Moana at least once, everyday for the last 33 days (plus hundreds of times before that) and we are all still happily singing along and not annoyed. At all. Truth. Thank you Lin-Manuel Miranda. ❤️
