Hi, I'm Kassandra Davis and I am the Librarian for Goodman and South Elementaries. Over spring break I did a lot of house cleaning! #NSDedchat

A1: Over Spring Break I renewed my energy by sleeping in an hour or so in the mornings. I am currently sleep training a 9 month old who thinks he needs to eat multiple times a night, so every little bit of extra sleep helps! #NSDedchat

A2: I think one of the greatest benefits is just showing parents and the community the progress our students are making. As a parent, I know I always like seeing what my kids have been doing during their day. It helps us all to stay connected. #NSDedchat

A3: I try to share out some of the things that we are doing in the library on Twitter, but I definitely don't post as often as I should. It is good to show parents that we actually teach lessons in the library and it isn't just checking out books and reading. #NSDedchat

A4: I don't know that I really have involved them, however I am interested in learning how to! #NSDedchat

A5: Tweeting is the main method I use, however I also have sent pictures to parents on Class Dojo. I have emailed pictures to teachers if I am unsure of students who may or may not be allowed to have their pictures posted #NSDedchat

A6: Kylie Enloe does a fantastic job at really building a relationship with her kiddos. I have never known a teacher who invests so much time out of school on her students. x.com/kylieenloe/sta… #NSDedchat

Q7: My biggest take away from tonight’s Twitter Chat is that I need to try and share out what is going on in the library more often. Not only with teachers, but with other stakeholders as well. #NSDedchat
