Dashing through the gym for Dash for Cash! Run laps to earn money and pay to do fitness stations! These 5th graders were exhausted after a great workout using all fitness components. πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ πŸ’΄ πŸ’ͺ North School

One dribbling challenge was to dribble while writing your name! This was not an easy task with dominant and non-dominant hands. There were a lot of giggles heard! πŸ€ πŸ–Š πŸ˜† North School

This is one of my favorite PE hacks ever. Turning a long jump rope is a difficult motion for many 2nd graders. Enter in the pool noodle! This progression makes it much easier for the kids to learn how to turn the rope! North School

Team Color Tag was a hit with the fifth graders. They developed strategies with their teams and are working hard at building their endurance back up!

First graders had a blast building their muscular strength on the scooters! Riding on bottoms, knees, and bellies strengthens many different large muscle groups!

Fourth graders enjoyed their cardio, coordination, and strength work today! Ups and Downs using hands, elbows, and knees to knock down and set up the cones to start class. Push up challenges to finish class! ❀️ πŸ’ͺ🏼

πŸ“£ A shout out to our wonderful second graders who noticed a mess was created with wood chips on the blacktop. They spent most of their recess cleaning it up! I ❀️ how they were saddened by the mess and sprung into action to clean up and take care of our school! I’m proud! πŸ₯°

5th grade intramurals students did a team challenge and then had free time. They chose to do the parachute! It made my β™₯️ happy to know that older kids wanted to do a little kid activity. Parachute is the best!
