1st graders practiced letter identification in Alphabet Fitness today. I β€οΈ supporting classroom work in PE! They ran off a great deal of holiday energy using cardio endurance. North School

This is one of my favorite PE hacks ever. Turning a long jump rope is a difficult motion for many 2nd graders. Enter in the pool noodle! This progression makes it much easier for the kids to learn how to turn the rope! North School
