Today we celebrated our most recent Comet Impact Award recipients who were nominated by our #NordSchool staff during the month of February! So proud of each of these students! They go above and beyond to make our school the place to be! 💚💛🏆 @NordPrincipal

Fancy lunch ready!!

Students on the East Side celebrated their hard work being respectful, responsible and safe with a Fancy Lunch! They rated the restaurant 5 to infinity stars and said even the food tastes better during fancy lunch. A huge thanks to our cafeteria as they made brownies as well!

We got caught in the rain and had to wait on the bus. The kids turned it in to a core memory and built blanket forts. 4th graders are still babies at heart ❤️

First official day of summer break! How are you spending it? My goals this summer are: 1. Spend 1 hour a day creating my own professional development on inquiry and making thinking visible, 2. read as many professional texts as I can, 3. get outside and move/spend time in nature

It’s my favorite time of year when I get to get back into a Kindergarten classroom!! We talked about ways to show kindness in KINDergarten. Mrs. Bartlome’s class learned how hard it was to put toothpaste back in a tube once it’s out! Just like mean words are hard to take back!
