Without Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (UK Branch) we simply wouldn’t exist - the idea of Arts & Homelessness International was born and nurtured in that building with that incredible team. Thank you 🙏
I find myself running out of superlatives when seeing Museum of Homelessness’s work. Saw a preview of their new piece in their beautiful new home and it was everything you’d expect - authentic, moving, funny. Their work is life-changing and society-changing. Go see it!
This is so well deserved - no one has given more to the homelessness community than David John Tovey and it’s fitting his tireless work is being recognised in this way
Huge congrats Museum of Homelessness you legends!!
I saw this incredible show last night ‘Art for Art’s Sake’ created and performed by people with lived experience of homelessness Camden People's Theatre - seriously one of the best shows I’ve seen for ages. It’s on for one more night. Please go! cptheatre.co.uk/whatson/Art-fo…
So proud to know and work with this amazing duo and a huge turning point for Arts & Homelessness International as we move to a flat staff structure 🙌🙌🙌🙌
🙌 Homeless Link. The first time I saw #legislativetheatre, led by Katy Rubin, the world shifted on its axis. Here was a way arts could drive policy change with homeless people leading it. Through her training, Arts & Homelessness International now runs projects led by the awesome Samra
Amazing to see the talents and artistry of David John Tovey and Surfing Sofas being recognised at the highest level - catch their work in Homelessness: Reframed Saatchi Gallery Homewards until 20 September 🙌
