Some super work today in P7M learning to identify and use homophones in the correct contexts. ✏️ As a fast finisher the learners had to make a poster comparing homophones to homonyms and provide examples of both ⭐️ We then tweeted our way out the door as an exit pass! 🚪

Super impressed with the recall from P7M today! This was after only 1 prior lesson on volume! ⭐️

During this placement block I have decided to include Makaton as our language. 💬 The learners enjoyed learning how to sign their name and were eager to show case their learning in the lesson plenary ⭐️

Today, P7 were learning to use descriptive adjectives ✏️ We walked around the campus and the learners wrote some descriptive sentences. They turned out fab! 🤩 Some super learning and engagement in P7M! ☺️

What a wonderful 4 weeks I have had with P7M! ❤️ I have thoroughly enjoyed working with the class teacher and wider staff in the school and getting to know 33 new wee people! It has been brilliant! ☺️ I am very much looking forward returning in February for block 2! 😁

Fraction Oreo’s 🍪 Today, P7M investigated representations of fractions using the cream in Oreo’s. The learners were given 4 fractions to show using the Oreo’s and were then allowed to choose 2 fractions of their own. What a delicious way to learn 🙂🤤 #UWSBAEd #Primaryteacher
