Grateful for all the amazing chaperones, judges, and volunteers who made it possible to host the largest DECA District event in North Carolina yesterday, giving our students an incredible experience!

Treat the custodian with the same respect as the principal. Every person in the school building is a leader and you would be surprised how many kids talk to the custodian, bus driver, cafeteria staff because of trust. Don’t underestimate “non” teachers. We’re ALL teachers! ❤️

What a ride! DECA ICDC success with a Top 10 Overall team, a Top 10 Tester, 28 student competitors earning proficiency, and 12 Emerging Leader grads! Forever grateful for the growth, leadership, and memories DECA has given me as I step into my AP internship next year.
