This is my observation too with BSL and English acquisition. Audiology plays a role in deaf ed, yes, but so does BSL and EARLY language acquisition that’s accessible to deaf children.

Some St Roch's Secondary St Roch's Secondary DDE pupils went to Edinburgh today for a fun and educational visit to the Edinburgh Dungeon. We were blessed with great weather all day!

Pleased to announce my certificate in level 6 BSL (SCQF 10) came through to the school today. Next step is to apply to become an NRCPD-registered BSL relay interpreter/translator but that can wait for a year.
