A full time job on minimum wage assuming £11.44 times 39 hours a week times 52 weeks is significantly more than a TA earns. TA £15476 Minimum wage £23200 I must be missing something here otherwise this has to change.

To avoid blunt congruence: What experience do you have in this specific phase/role? What specific experienced examples have you got to draw on in order to advise on this? What was this like when you did this phase/role? Qs I’d like everyone to ask every trainer advising them.

Something similar for me and that is when I’m feeling daunted about a big task, I often choose some smaller jobs to complete first so I can ride on the momentum into the longer task. Even better when it’s something I’ll enjoy (like creating resources).

I was alone this weekend, as my partner was away, so it’s been all about catching moments of stillness after a tough week. Getting out and taking the time to soak up this wonderful place we get to call home was just what I needed. Tomorrow we go again. Kinder please. 🙏🏻

You know what I find most difficult about leadership? That even when you respond to a difficult situation in the best possible way, you don’t leave feeling any good about it. It’s so emotionally draining.

Really trying to embrace the curls as I’m so fed up of straightening my hair. To do that I’m trying my best to grow it out but I’m finding it harder and harder to stop considering cutting it short again. 🙈
