We then missed our connecting flight, had to beg to be sent to Kuala Lumpur (not our original destination) and book our own connecting flight to try and be with our family for new year. All Emirates want to do it deny our claim and lie and cheat customers!! Horrible airline.

Still no response from Emirates or Emirates Support regarding the fact they have lied about the weather causing our delay!
