Deffo this 💯 very London centric rhetoric this week. In my 8 mile commute across Nottingham I see a handful of others. All treat each other ok & follow rules. We use cycle paths where appropriate (though I still don’t agree pavements with blue disks on are cycle paths 😒🤦🏼‍♂️)

The thing that makes us laugh is that we’re all given targets to have grades “above average”. If half the kids in the country didn’t achieve bottom half grades, there would be no average 😂 we quite literally, can’t all be above average 🙃

This is commonplace and I’m not sure what simon hughes is talking about tbh. Our job is to give tasters of as many things as possible, rotate every half term, seasonally too. Clubs/teams in as many things as possible/interest in. Same in every school I’ve worked in (6) 🤷🏼‍♂️

Been saying this for ages💯 They’re coming at it from the view of elite teams, sharing the emphasis around all positions. I agree with all of that. But for me, it’s just so disengaging to the casual fan, the “man in the street” who they should be looking to enthuse about rugby
