Our 8th graders researched, budgeted, and designed a new community/recreation center and presented their ideas to our Liberty Parks and Rec Department today. It’s fun to see the creative ideas our students develop and how passionate they are about our community. #dmsleads

Our JV Jays spent the afternoon eating pizza, playing football, and enjoying each other’s company off of the field.

Big shoutout to my LHS EIP student, Jack Ramey, for leading an engaging class discussion about teen caffeine use and making the students support their thoughts with credible evidence. He’s going to be a fantastic teacher one day!

After five games the past couple of weeks, our JV Jays were able to have some fun together away from the field. A huge thank you to the Womeldorff family for allowing us to get together!

Our WEB Leaders met with their WEB groups for the first time since Orientation Day this morning. It was great to see each team member work together to build a web and discuss the importance of creating a culture of belonging. #dmsweb #dmsleads

Our JV LHS Jays Soccer Jays have started the season with a 5 wins, 1 tie, and 2 losses, and have won four consecutive games. Last week was topped off with a 2-1 redemption win over Park Hill South in the final minute of the game and a 3-1 victory at St. Joe Central. (📸 Ali Neibling )

Our LHS Jays Soccer JV Jays finished with a record of 10 wins, 2 ties, and 3 losses. We saw incredible growth, teamwork, and determination from every player. This group thrived in challenging moments. Proud of their hard work and dedication all season long!
