Our Georgetown and Acton Family Skates were skate-tacular! Great to see Gary Carr and later Ann Lawlor and Town Council as we celebrated a Ontario Trillium Foundation grant for HVAC upgrades at the Acton Arena. Thanks to everyone who joined us!

The Legislative Assembly of Ontario’s Richardson Romanesque architecture style includes many arches, including this one near our East Door. Each arch has a keystone at its apex (the last stone laid, and the one that bears the weight). We resume sitting tomorrow morning.

The ⁦ALS Canada⁩ Georgetown/Caledon Walk to End ALS was a huge success, raising almost $80,000! Thanks to everyone who participated to support ALS research, advocacy and community-based services. Where there is caring, there is hope.

The Grain Farmers of Ontario represents 28,000 grains and oilseed farmers across the Province. I was glad to visit their Guelph office this morning, and get an update on the Risk Management Program from Allison Hessels, Crosby Devitt, and Sankalp Sharma.
