Stop cooking your rice in water, you masochist. Bone Broth is the way. Tastes 1,000% times better and adds a little collagen, too.

Guys get mad when you articulate how much obesity hurts them and their family (especially their family). But, look, you don't have to be lean before you become HONORABLE. You become honorable by working on it. By taking those steps to get lean. Your family will see you losing

I've heard people say they don't feel good around 12-14% body fat. "I don't want to be this lean if I feel like this. Maybe I'm not meant to be this lean." It's not too lean, I promise. If you said, "I feel bad at 8% body fat," that would be a different story. -- Here's what

All cardio types can improve your cardiovascular system, But if you want to get good at one cardio type, then you have to practice it. Swimming can indirectly help your running, but nothing improves running like running. So spend time doing what you want to get good at.

If you bring your own chalk to the gym (or would like to start), I highly recommend using a climbers chalk bag. - it's easy to attach to your gym bag - it's easy to open and close - It's easy to chalk up without getting chalk all over the place - You could even attach it

I 100% understand why someone would only prioritize muscle growth. It's the most visual adaptation. But to me? It's like someone saying they only read Fantasy Fiction. I love Fantasy. And want to spend a lot of time reading it. But I also like History, Philosophy, Science,

Some exercises feel great with 6-10 reps. Others you’ll prefer 8-12, or 12-15. Pick whatever you like the most, it won’t make a big difference if you’re taking your sets close to failure.

Intermittent fasting can help you stick to a calorie deficit. Some people have an easier time eating 1-2 bigger meals instead of 3-4 smaller meals. When I'm eating less than 2k calories per day, I only eat 2 meals. I put my workout in between the 2 meals.

Some guys think their genetics suck But they've only lifted consistently when trying to lose weight. (Which implies they've only lifted in a calorie deficit) It's extremely hard to gain muscle while losing fat. Once all the fat is gone, and you try a bulk/cutting cycle, I
