I have this sudden urge to push my boundaries and break out of my comfort zone and draw even if it looks terrible

And here’s a page of heads I actually really enjoyed working on. For a beginners attempt at shading, it didn’t go so bad. Ive come up with a good recipe on drawing heads/portraits, and I’m identifying weak spots.

a quick notes app iPad sketch that turned into a full page of imagination drawings. I need to draw faster and with less perfectionism in mind. Confident but uncommitted. Ipad notes app is kinda perfect for that.

Drawing from imagination is harder than war
